The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Elixir Developer to join our engineering team. You’ll work on our core platform — building scalable, fault-tolerant systems that process thousands of transactions daily.
What You’ll Do
- Design and build new features for our payment platform
- Write clean, well-tested Elixir/OTP code
- Work with PostgreSQL, Redis, and message queues
- Collaborate with product and design teams
- Participate in code reviews and architectural decisions
- Mentor junior developers
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional Elixir/OTP experience
- Strong understanding of functional programming concepts
- Experience with Phoenix Framework and Ecto
- Solid PostgreSQL knowledge
- Experience with distributed systems and fault tolerance
- Good communication skills in English
Nice to Have
- Experience with fintech or payment systems
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Open source contributions
